So much yes in the article (link above). As I get older, I get more and more comfortable in my own skin. I couldn't care less what people think of me now. This wasn't the case in my childhood throughout being a young adult. Always feeling insecure about how people view me, and all of those dreadful feelings. At age 46 (in time of writing) I'm like - well this is me, I am an odd one to figure out. Suck it.
